Word at the BRC Colorado Springs is that we will be hosting a trail race on June 27th at my second home in Palmer Park. Now this isn’t going to be your run of the mill smooth single track, being able to day dream, stop and smell the flowers kind of a trail run. According to the Shawn Finley, a.k.a the flying leprachaun, a.k.a. Mr. Jack Quinn, a.k.a Tree Stump Calves, and fellow BRC employee this race is going to take you through some of the toughest, gnarliest, rockiest, go home and cry to your mama trails….some of them may not even be actual trails; it may be more like rock climbing. Knowing from experience (which is another story in itself) these trails can chew you up and spit you out.
